At First Congregational Church of Hopkinton we have something for everyone to enjoy. No matter where you are at in life – just starting out or retirement…
FCCH offers several events throughout the year that are designed with you in mind.
These special events range from stimulating seminars on marriage, parenting and other hot topics as well as evenings just for fun which include game nights, trivia contests, picnics and more.
We offer family events throughout the year as well. Each summer we Host “SUMMERFEST” a fabulous event hosted at the Hopkinton YMCA which includes fun, food, music, games for adults and children alike. This event along with others throughout the year are available to help keep us connected with other families in our church and in our community.
Check out our Women’s Ministry pages for activities for all ages and marital status. Activities include Wednesday Night and Thursday Morning Bible Studies, Girls Night Out events, book clubs, Retreats and more. There is something to please everyone, take a closer look.
Our Men’s Ministry has plenty to offer as well. If you are looking for a place to connect and refill a weary soul – check out the Friday Morning Men’s Breakfast which includes a time for breakfast, time for getting to know other men from the community and then closes with a time of prayer. Men’s ministry also sponsors our FCCH softball team as well as STEAK NIGHT (nothing says “MEN’S NIGHT” more than beef.
The Center for Christian Growth is our adult Christian Education ministry here at FCCH. We call it the Center for Christian Growth, or CCG, because we want you to continue to grow as a disciple of Christ for your whole lifetime! At FCCH we define discipleship as intimacy with Christ, obedience to Christ, and service for Christ. Our classes are designed so that you can establish a firm foundation in each of these areas and then explore different areas of our faith for continued growth. We also provide practical training to help you to become all that God would have you to be.
We believe that everyone at FCCH should experience small group life. Everybody needs close friendships in the church to experience belonging and genuine support for the ups and downs of life. Also, Jesus showed us that "small group life" is necessary for personal spiritual growth. That's how he formed disciples. At FCCH we have an active Small Group Ministry with about 85% of our adults involved in small groups. If you are interested in connecting more deeply, check us out.
If you would like information on these or any other programs within the church, please feel free to contact us.
We look forward to seeing you!
