The Children’s Ministry partners with parents to build in their children a solid foundation for a lifetime of faith.  Our Children’s Ministry teams work to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere in which children can learn Biblical truths, build Christian friendships, and grow in faith.  Parents partner with us by talking about God with their children and making church involvement a family priority.

The Children’s Ministry has a deep commitment to communicating the truth of God’s love in an engaging and age-appropriate way and to encourage children to take steps toward becoming life-long followers of Jesus.

Sunday Morning Nursery/Toddler Ministry
Our smallest children, birth through age 2, are lovingly nurtured by attentive caregivers as they take their first steps in developing a lasting relationship with God.

Sunday Morning Ministry
Designed to build young disciples in their faith and Bible knowledge, the Children’s Sunday Morning Ministry offers Bible lessons taught in an age-appropriate manner to children ages 2 through the 6th grade.  The 6th grade class is only offered during second service.  All other children's classes are available during both services.

Jesus and Me (J.A.M.) Night begins again on Wednesday, October 3, 7-8:15pm, for students in grades K-6. Just $15 for an entire year of faith, fun and friendship! Kids will study the Old Testament using The Story curriculum. Written like a novel, the events, characters, and teachings are arranged in chronological order so children can better understand God's love and plan for creation and His people.

Baby dedication/baptism at Faith Community Church is a special commitment celebration in which parents promise to raise their child to know Jesus and our church promises to partner with them in that big responsibility. Baby dedication/baptism takes place on Sunday morning during our worship services and is open to parents who currently attend Faith Community Church, have completed the registration form and required baby baptism/dedication class, and are active Christians willing to commit themselves to raising the child to know and love Jesus.
