As our relationship with Jesus Christ deepens and our love for Him increases, we are compelled to bring God’s love to the world around us. Since sharing our faith is an act of both word and deed, we train people to share the good news about Christ through personal testimony and compassionate work that alleviates human suffering. This call extends beyond the people in our community into our region and our world. We provide several opportunities for people to personally engage in this outreach:
To the community
We provide the people of Faith Community Church with training on how to share the good news of Christ with their friends and family. Our passion is to encourage people to invite friends and family to church by offering non-threatening, welcoming events and worship services as a means of sharing Christ. Our hope is that visitors will feel comfortable at Faith Community Church, continue to attend, and find faith, community and significance here.
To the region
Faith Community Church partners with benevolent organizations within a one-hour drive of the church. We serve food, sort clothes or care for the homeless through these groups. If you are interested in lending a hand, call the church for specific information or click on the individual organization websites to the right to learn more about them directly. Faith Community Church has a special partnership with Barnabas Ministries, which comes alongside pastors and churches in Massachusetts to encourage and support them in their ministries.
To the world
Faith Community Church supports 16 individuals and organizations in ministry around the nation and the world. We partner with them to plant and strengthen churches, share the Gospel, and help people by providing for their needs. We build and maintain relationships with these missionaries and organizations by praying for them, emailing, writing, and visiting them. Contact the Outreach Coordinator for more details.
To Malawi and Haiti
Faith Community Church has a special relationship with the countries of Malawi and Haiti through World Vision. The members of our church sponsor about 400 children in those countries. In addition, we invest in projects that help provide food, clean water, medicine, microenterprise, education and spiritual development.
